Appointments

Configure Appointment Details

We want to make it as easy as possible for our patients to make appointments and see the healthcare provider that they require.

We offer urgent same day telephone appointments, urgent appointments as well as routine appointments. We also offer a chaperone service upon request. If you would like a chaperone present at your examination, please speak to reception staff.

You must be a patient at the surgery to be able to use the online booking services.

Not Registered for Online Services?

Online services allow you to book or cancel appointments online, order repeat prescriptions and view parts of your medical record. The service is free to anyone registered with a GP and gives you another often more convenient way of contacting reception.

To sign up visit us in the surgery. You will need proof of address and photo ID in order to complete your registration.

Text Reminder Service

We offer a text reminder service which allows you to receive confirmation and reminders about your appointments. Complete our online form to sign up for this service.

Please remember to update your contact details with us if they change so you can stay up to date.

Home Visits

We offer the option of home visits in some circumstances. We request that apart from those patients that are genuinely housebound, all other patients attend the surgery rather than request a home visit due to the extra time that this takes.

Please note that the doctor may telephone you rather than visit you if this is deemed medically appropriate. Ultimately it is the doctors right to decide whether or not a visit is appropriate for a particular ser of circumstances.

If possible, we ask that home visit requests are made before 10am. The clinician on call will phone you back to discuss the request.

When We Are Closed

If you or a family member become unwell when the surgery is closed, and it is not a medical emergency you should dial 111. If it is a life-threatening emergency please dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.

If you dial 111 your call will be answered by an out of hours call centre operator who will assess your symptoms and then give you the advice you need or direct you to the most suitable service.  This could be A&E, an out of hours doctor or walk in centre.
