If you or a family member become unwell when the surgery is closed, and it is not a medical emergency you should dial 111. If it is a life-threatening emergency please dial 999 and ask for an ambulance.
If you dial 111 your call will be answered by an out of hours call centre operator who will assess your symptoms and then give you the advice you need or direct you to the most suitable service. This could be A&E, an out of hours doctor or walk in centre.
